Ingredients:Wild grown black goji berry, organic goji berry, jasmine and chrysanthemum. |

Directions:Put 1 to 2 teaspoon of tea into a pot of 500 ml (17 oz) of cold or warm water (up to 40 ℃ or 104 ℉), steep for 10 minutes or more. Note: Hot water will cause damage to the anthocyanin (an anti-oxidant) in black goji berry. |
